On-Site Workshops

IASB provides specialized inservice programs, such as board self-assessment or goal-setting, that are custom-tailored to your board's needs. Our expert staff will work with your board one-on-one to build critical skills in teamwork, visionary planning and other areas. These workshops can be scheduled at your convenience, in your district.  There is a fee for the workshop, plus mileage expenses for the facilitator.
